Rendel has subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland and Australia. We work closely with key clients to deliver challenging engineering projects around the world. In 2024, Rendel established Rendel Ireland and Rendel Latvia.
Rendel Ingerop Pty Ltd was established in Sydney in 2018, and focuses its services on major infrastructure, energy and industry projects. In 2024, we expanded our presence to the West Coast with the establishment of our team in Perth. Rendel has a rich history in Australia, dating back to 1952. Rendel Ingerop’s key projects include Hay Point Expansion Berth 3, Sydney Metro Northwest Rail Link, the Hay Point Berth 2 Shiploader Replacement Project, Sydney Gateway and Melbourne Metro.
Aspec Engineering Pty Ltd, joined the Rendel Group in 2022. Aspec Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering specialising in material handling, ports, and infrastructure and has offices in Brisbane, (QLD), Perth (WA), Newcastle and Wollongong (NSW). Rendel and Aspec Engineering have a successful 12-year history of collaboration on various projects in Australia. Notable joint projects include Hay Point Expansion Berth 3, Sydney Metro Northwest Rail Link and the Hay Point Berth 2 Shiploader Replacement Project.
In 2023, T&RS Engineering became a subsidiary of Rendel. Based in the northeast of England, T&RS Engineering has an extensive rail heritage. Their experience extends beyond passenger traction & rolling stock to include freight and on track plant and machinery. We supply reliable and diverse engineering support to Train Operating Companies, Rolling Stock Leasing Companies and other Rail Service Providers.
