Katherine serves as Rendel's Director of Human Resources. Graduating with a first-class honors degree in business and management, Katherine has amassed over 20 years of industry experience.
Her role entails intrinsic involvement in various crucial processes, including due diligence and TUPE procedures, forecasting and budgeting, meticulous analysis and reporting, business restructuring and reorganization, systems enhancement, policy and procedure formulation, recruitment efforts, annual compensation reviews, performance and development assessments, management of employee benefits, payroll administration, and provision of generalist HR services.
Additionally, Katherine holds a position on Rendel's Operational Board.
