With over 30 years of experience on major transport infrastructure projects, Keith is a highly competent manager and has lead teams carrying out design, checking, construction supervision, inspection and maintenance on projects across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, which include bridges, tunnels (including immersed tunnels), highways and port and marine facilities.
Keith has completed several major design projects and taken responsibility for the preparation of consultancy and sub consultancy agreements; pre-qualification and procurement of consultants and contractors; coordination of design consultants; client liaison; financial monitoring of project budgets; and planning and programming.
He is currently managing projects in Bangladesh and Ukraine, as well as several high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK.
Funded by the Government of Bangladesh, PDMP will be a two-level, steel truss bridge with a four-lane highway on the upper level and provisions for a single track railway on the lower level.
