Rendel Limited and Ingérop have been appointed to lead the design of the 58.08 km mainline between Pärnu and the Latvian border in Ikla, as part of the Estonian section of Rail Baltica.

Rendel and Ingerop are a part of the design-build consortium led by Bouygues Travaux Publics and in partnership with Budimex SA (Poland), KMG Infra OÜ (Estonia), as well as the engineering company WSP in Finland.

This successful bid on the Estonian section follows our success in 2024 when Rendel and Ingerop were appointed to coordinate civil engineering and track laying for the construction of the Latvian section of Rail Baltica as part of a consortium led by Eiffage Génie Civil SAS (France), Budimex SA and Rizzani de Eccher. The 230-kilometre-long Latvian section will include 175 engineering structures and 11 wildlife crossings. The structures will include railway substructures, level crossings and other railway infrastructure.
