Qualifications Success at Rendel
We are delighted to announce that four Rendel employees achieved Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in the past month. Jedrjez Chmara, Ioannis Koromilas, Uzair Maqbool and Neil Naidoo all achieved the qualification following their Professional Reviews which comprised of a report, presentation, interview and communications task. Neil Naidoo achieved his status via a Mutual Recognition qualifications route. Each of these individuals demonstrated enthusiasm and determination to complete the Rendel ICE Training Scheme and Professional Review.
In addition to the above, we are pleased to announce Matthieu Bicrel has completed his Initial Professional Development (IPD) under the Institution of Civil Engineers Training Scheme; demonstrating that he has achieved the required level in all 7 Attributes to be able to undertake the Chartered Professional Review. Matthieu has been signed off by the ICE’s Membership Development Officer for our London office, Kieran Tully. Matthieu will now continue to consolidate his experience and work towards undertaking the Professional Review in 2024.
Finally, Josh Pethullis has achieved Chartered Geologist Status with The Geological Society. To achieve this, Josh had to demonstrate he met the requirements of seven competency criteria and have his supporter validate this within a supporter statement. The final stage of the process required Josh give a 15-minute presentation on his project experience followed by an interview.
