Rendel Shortlisted for Ground Engineering Award

Rendel has been shortlisted for the Ground Engineering Awards in the “Consulting Firm of the Year” category.

Rendel’s Ground Engineering team comprises 24 staff across two offices in the UK (London and Birmingham) and one office in Australia. The growing team has is experienced in the design of tunnels and underground structures and now includes specialists in shaft and tunnel structural design. We are extremely proud of our team which is young, dynamic and multicultural. We are striving for gender balance with a male to female staff ratio of 53%. Since 2018 the team has grown from six staff to 24, representing a 400% increase in staff numbers over four years.

Our geotechnical engineers are engaged in challenging projects across the UK and overseas which involve complex engineering design with the key aims to promote value engineering and sustainable design often working to challenging timescales and specifications.
