Shortlisted for Two NCE Awards!

We are very proud to have been shortlisted for two New Civil Engineer Awards this year.

Rendel has been shortlisted in the Best Place to Work category. This category recognises a consulting firm within the construction and civil engineering industry, which has demonstrated that it is an ‘exemplar place to work’. The award is given to the consultant which can best show how the personal and professional lives of its employees have been improved by initiatives which have been introduced within the previous 12 months.

We have also been shortlisted in the category for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Leader.  This award recognises consulting firms that champion EDI and place it at the forefront of their business activities. The winner of the award must demonstrate how fair opportunities are promoted within a diverse workforce and how this has a positive impact on the business and its services.
