Anna Szymanska is Rendel’s Finance Manager, joining the organisation in 2022. She is a highly organised Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with over 20 years of expertise in financial and management accounting, and ability to manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines.

Anna has extensive expertise in developing, implementing and enhancing financial systems, controls and procedures to support organisational growth and compliance. She is experienced in overseeing the financial operations of foreign subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, local tax requirements, statutory filings and coordination with external auditors and advisors. Her strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and strategic approach enable her to effectively support complex international operations while maintaining robust financial governance.

She is experienced in various financial packages including Netsuite (Oracle), Salesforce, Agresso/Unit 4, Quickbooks, Xero, ADP, SAGE 50 Payroll, TasBooks, Tax Assistant, TaxCalc, VT Software+.
