Integration Day 2026

Rendel hosted its Integration Day on Thursday, May 14th in London, bringing together over 40 employees from our London, Bristol, and Birmingham offices, alongside colleagues from our subsidiaries T&RS Engineering, Rendel Ingerop Ireland Limited, Latvia and Estonia.
The event provided an opportunity for employees who have recently joined Rendel to gain an overview of the company’s history, tracing back to its origins in 1838, as well as its current activities and market sectors. There was also an introduction to the wider group, including Ingérop (Rendel’s parent Company). The day fostered valuable interaction and strengthened connections across our global teams.
Rendel’s Market Sector Directors and function leaders shared insights into their careers and roles, covering current and upcoming projects, team capabilities, and the expertise across the business. They also highlighted development pathways, including employment and training opportunities available to staff.
Interactive quizzes and team-building activities encouraged creativity, enhanced communication, and inspired collaboration among employees.
