Marc Glass is a Regional Director & Technical Director with Rendel, based in Birmingham. He leads the Birmingham office and is responsible for regional operational performance, team development and the provision of senior technical leadership and governance across highways and transportation projects.

Marc has over 30 years’ experience delivering high-value, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programmes across the UK, Middle East and Europe. A Chartered Civil Engineer and dual Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation, he has led major highways, rail and urban development schemes ranging from £100m to £3bn in capital value.

Marc is known for a collaborative, people-focused leadership approach, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, professional development and building supportive, high-performing teams.
